The June 2010 issue of BeatRoute Magazine is on the streets and includes a feature article on John and his latest CD Echo Broadcast. The piece is written by Lindsay Wilson.

The country, folk, bluegrass and roots music publication Maverick Magazine included a glowing review of Echo Broadcast in it's May 2010 issue. The UK based Maverick awarded John's CD 4 out of 5 stars. Also the Canadian folk, roots and world music magazine Penguin Eggs included a feature article and interview in the Spring issue dubbing Echo Broadcast "Gothic Americana"..."a magical solo debut".
